How It Works
Our online builder makes it easy to configure every detail of your custom raden piece.
Start by selecting the base product type — comb, pendant, ornament, box, or tea accessory. Each base is available in different materials: sandalwood, lacquer, mahogany, or bamboo.
Sandalwood combs are the most popular starting point for first-time buyers.
Browse our pattern library and choose a design that speaks to you. From traditional phoenix and dragon motifs to modern geometric patterns, there's something for every taste.
Patterns marked 'intricate' require more time to craft and are priced accordingly.
Choose from our collection of natural shell colors — blue abalone, green paua, purple shell, pink mother-of-pearl, white nacre, or rainbow abalone. You can combine multiple colors in a single piece.
Rainbow abalone is our most premium shell and shows blue, purple, and pink in one piece.
Choose your gold foil option: none (pure shell inlay), accent (gold highlights on specific areas), or full (extensive gold foil work). Available in 24K gold, rose gold, or silver.
Gold foil accents beautifully complement blue and green shell tones.
Preview your custom design, add any special notes for our artisans, and place your order. We'll confirm the details and begin crafting your unique piece within 3-5 business days.
Each custom piece takes 2-4 weeks to craft. We'll send progress photos along the way.

With proper care, your raden piece will retain its iridescent beauty for generations.
Store in the provided paulownia wood box with silk lining. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Never use water, solvents, or cleaning chemicals on the shell inlay surface.
Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics. Apply perfume before putting on pendants.
If the surface dulls after years of use, gently buff with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper restoration, contact us for professional repolishing.
